NO DEDUCTION / REDUCTION IN CUSTOMER’S
SAVINGS ACCOUNT

 

 

Dear Valued Customers,

We sincerely apologise for any confusion and inconvenience caused.

Kindly be informed that there is no deduction or reduction in your savings account. The systems display the amount of money that can be withdrawn excluding the customer’s *minimum balance amount (by type of accounts).

Individual Account: RM10 should be maintained in the customer's savings account as the minimum amount to be retained.

*Minimum balance - the balance amount that needs to be maintained as long as the account is active. Subject to BSN terms & conditions.

To avoid any confusion, BSN will display the actual balance in the customer’s account in due course.
