Kuala Lumpur, 22 January 2019 – Our banking services covering branches, ATMs and internet banking have resumed and are now operating as usual. 

“In fact customers were able to do their transactions at ATM and CDM starting yesterday, since 9.00 pm, 21 January 2019’, said Datuk Yunos Abd Ghani, Chief Executive BSN.

Datuk Yunos mentioned further, “We would like to again apologize to all our customers for the inconvenience caused and appreciate their patience and cooperation during the difficult period. BSN remains committed to serve our customers and will continue to improve the level of our services”.
