BSN CONTACT CENTRE SERVICE INTERRUPTION

 

 

Dear valued customers,

Our Contact Centre is currently unreachable due to maintenance work by Telekom Malaysia (TM).

Alternatively any inquiry on products and services can be emailed to customercare@bsn.com.my.

Meanwhile, customers who have inquiries, lost and stolen cards are able to call our Card Authorization Centre at 1300-88-5855 or +603-2162 8500 (overseas) and Fax: 03-2164 6798.

Rectification works are currently in progress.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and shall communicate from time to time.
