We would like to remind you to stay vigilant to the recent bogus telephone calls/SMS messages / emails purportedly from the Bank or Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) requesting your confidential information on your accounts. Please be reminded of the followings:

1. DO NOT respond or reveal your personal financial information of your credit/ debit card account to any unknown parties.
2. BSN will not require customers to provide sensitive personal information through telephone calls, SMS messages or Emails.
3. If you have any doubt about the identity of the caller, telephone number or email, please call BSN Customer Service number at 1300 88 1900 for verifications.
